These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online store operated by Shree Tech Solutions (also known as ST Solutions, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://stsolutions.co.in/store/ (the “Store”). The Store sells premium digital products, including WooCommerce plugins, ready-made software solutions, website design & development packages, and related digital tools (collectively, “Products”).

By browsing the Store, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any Product, you (“you”, “Customer”, or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our main website Terms & Conditions (https://stsolutions.co.in/terms-conditions), and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Store or purchase any Products.

These Store Terms supplement (and, in case of conflict regarding Store purchases, prevail over) the general Terms & Conditions of Shree Tech Solutions.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and checkout. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Products and Nature of Digital Goods

All Products sold in the Store are virtual/digital products. They include (but are not limited to):

  • WooCommerce plugins and extensions (e.g., BiteFlow, Loopr, Perkly, Reviews Hub, WooCommerce GST Invoicing)
  • Website Design & Development packages
  • Other ready-made digital solutions and tools

Because these are digital goods delivered electronically:

  • No physical shipping occurs.
  • Delivery is typically via download link, license key, account access, or email after successful payment.
  • Once access or download is provided, the Product is considered delivered.

Product descriptions, features, screenshots, and pricing on the Store are for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank/gateway charges.
  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.

5. Delivery and Access

  • Digital Products are generally delivered within a short time after successful payment (usually instantly or within a few hours during business hours).
  • Delivery methods may include: downloadable files, license keys, login credentials, or access via customer account.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid email address and can receive delivery communications. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or technical issues on your side.
  • You must download and securely store your Product promptly. We may not re-issue downloads indefinitely.

6. License and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased Product for your own personal or business purposes as described in the product documentation.
  • You may not:
    • Resell, redistribute, share, lease, or sublicense the Product or any part of it
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by applicable law)
    • Use the Product to create competing products
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • All intellectual property rights in the Products, website content, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Shree Tech Solutions or its licensors.
  • For custom Website Design & Development packages, specific intellectual property transfer terms (if any) will be governed by the project scope or additional agreement.

Unauthorized use may result in license termination, account suspension, and legal action.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products (immediate delivery and inability to “return” them):

  • No refunds once the Product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or the license key activated, except in the following limited cases:
    • Duplicate payment or clear billing error
    • Product is completely inaccessible or fails to function due to a verifiable technical defect on our side (and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time)
    • Material misrepresentation of core features in the product description
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email within 7 days of purchase, along with order number and detailed explanation.
  • We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny refund requests. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days), minus any non-recoverable payment gateway fees.
  • No refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with your specific setup (unless clearly stated as compatible), or failure to read the product description.
  • Custom Website Design & Development packages follow the stricter no-refund-once-work-begins policy outlined in our general Terms.

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

8. Support and Updates

  • Support for Products is provided as described on the individual product page or documentation (email support, documentation, etc.).
  • Support is typically available during business hours and does not include custom development, third-party theme/plugin conflicts beyond basic guidance, or server-side issues outside our control.
  • We may provide updates, bug fixes, or compatibility improvements at our discretion. We do not guarantee lifetime updates or compatibility with all future versions of WooCommerce, WordPress, or other platforms.
  • Support may be limited or discontinued for older versions of Products.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws (including data protection, consumer, and e-commerce laws).
  • Ensure your website/environment meets the minimum requirements stated for the Product.
  • Not use the Products in any way that harms our systems, reputation, or other customers.
  • Maintain professional communication. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour may result in immediate termination of access and support without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE STORE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that Products will meet all your requirements, be compatible with every environment, or be free from defects. You assume all risk arising from use of the Products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Shree Tech Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill) arising out of or related to the Store or any Product.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that specific Product.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shree Tech Solutions, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store, your account, or your license to any Product immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected Products and destroy any copies in your possession.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
